2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or requested during the project. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work. All repair work is backed by a 30-day labor warranty from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures apply separately.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Disclose any known hazards or issues relevant to the work
• Obtain any necessary approvals from landlords or homeowners' associations
• Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment

7. Limitation of Liability

Quick Fix Handyman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms
