Absolutely. Photos or a short video walk-through help us understand the scope and bring the right tools and supplies. It also makes the estimate more accurate. Just send them through our contact form.
We provide a clear, upfront estimate before any work begins. Most work is quoted as a flat rate. For very small jobs, we may bill hourly with a minimum service charge. You approve the price before we start.
We are honest about what we can handle. If a job requires a specialized trade license beyond our scope, we will tell you upfront and can recommend trusted specialists we work with.
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due upon completion of the work.
